Bill received an A.A. in Computer Science, With Honors, from Prince George's Community College (P.G.C.C.) in May 1986. He worked for the P.G.C.C.'s Information Systems staff for 8 years including 4 years as manager of the IBM mainframe systems support department. During his time at P.G.C.C., he was involved in the planning and implementation of the college's digital telephone system and LAN systems. He earned his CNA during the summer of 1994. He joined the CEB staff in December of 1994.
