Cost

There is no fee for participation. Morning and afternoon coffee breaks are courtesy of NLM. You are responsible for your lunch in our cafeteria. Cost of the optional dinner will be collected at the restaurant. In general, you will be responsible for your travel and hotel costs, and making travel arrangements. Elsewhere on this web site is a list of nearby hotels.

Publication

Presentations are expected to focus on the topic without being overly concerned about uniqueness. NLM does not intend to publish a formal proceedings document. A list of presenters, topics, and abstracts, as well as consensus documents developed from the meeting, will be posted non-exclusively on NLM’s web site for the meeting, and in whole or part on any site that NLM designates as mirror, successor, or archival site. We will also be happy to post, with the author’s permission, full-text preprints, or slides of presentations or position papers. NLM will not seek to acquire copyrights. Posted items may be indexed by search engines.
